While the material is good, I found it to be extremely difficult to pay attention to the instructor. Hard to understand, poor audio, lack of punctuation and spoke fast. Very little interaction for the student and some of the graded quizzes had questions that had more to do with the next module than the current one. It is also extremely repetitive. 2 stars only for the actual content

First of all, thank you very much for the instructor's presentation. I have learned many concepts and foundational theories about QM. However, I must ask: As a student yourself, could you actually endure attending your own lecture? The excessive text, abstract concepts, and complete lack of practical case studies make it hard to follow. Simply reading through slides, without any engaging elements, makes the session extremely dull. Since this course is about quality management and students are the customers, have you considered the student experience? Repeating the same concept across multiple chapters wastes a significant amount of time. I strongly recommend removing most of the course content and retaining only 1-2 of the most valuable sessions.

Every section is the same thing as the one prior. Lot's of doubling up on the same information. Instructor is hard to listen too/stay engaged with.

This course did not meet my expectations for Coursera content. The delivery was robotic and the videos were filled with background noise, mispronunciations and misspellings in the subtitles, which is ironic given the topic. I will not take another course by Board Infinity.

This course is so so basic and ill-prepared. The instructor just simply reads the slides word-by-word, nothing was added to help illustrate. The texts are simply summarized in the reading section. Thus, I can instead reading instead of listening to all the videos. The content doesn't include anything specialized, thus a few videos at the beginning seems to be fine, but later it is so theoretical. My recommendation: DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE or PAY FOR THIS!

I recommend this as a refresher course only. Pros: The course is thorough. Cons: The material is presented in a dry manner and the instructor mostly plows through content without enough discussion. To be fair, there are a few videos dedicated to real world examples (need more of this content).

The course provides useful information, but many of the points are repeated multiple times across different lessons. The instructor reads directly from the presentation, which makes the delivery very monotonous and discourages active listening. It is difficult to stay focused because the material is presented in a flat tone. While the content meets expectations from a substantive standpoint, the format leaves much to be desired.

I recently completed the Quality Improvement and Management online course, and I found the material to be quite comprehensive and well-structured. The content covered essential concepts and frameworks that are crucial for understanding quality management in various contexts. However, I believe the course would greatly benefit from including more interactive exercises and practical applications to help reinforce the learning and allow participants to master the concepts effectively.

There is some useful information in the course especially around QSM tools and ISO 9001, but 1/2 to 2/3 of the material is unnecessarily repetitive. This course could have been half as long and still conveyed all the same information.

I really enjoyed this course on Quality Management and Improvement. It was easy to follow and full of useful information. The lessons covered important topics like customer satisfaction, continuous improvement methods (like Kaizen and PDCA), and how to build customer-focused quality strategies.
The course was **practical and helpful**, with real-world examples that made the concepts easy to understand. I especially liked learning about tools like **Six Sigma, Ishikawa Diagrams, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)**—they gave me clear ways to measure and improve quality.
The quizzes and assignments were a good way to test my knowledge and apply what I learned. The course was also flexible, so I could study at my own pace.

This training really helped me sharpen my QA skills, especially by connecting the dots between standard testing and broader ISO 9001 principles. It gave me a much better handle on using the PDCA cycle and data-driven tools like SPC to catch issues early. It’s been a great help for moving toward a more proactive approach to quality.
