Covers all the things you should know to get started with Docker. Good demos and explanations. Projects are easy to follow and give you a good starting point.
Some of the lectures have some redundancy - build the same express app multiple times from scratch.

The content is good, but I reached a point where I was being asked for answers to areas that the course had not yet covered. The course implementation is broken which is a shame.
