The course, although beneficial, is very repetitive. The questions at the end of the video are not related to the topic discussed in the video. The subject is interesting and could have been approached in a more enriching way, covering topics beyond sustainability in luxury, the use of technologies, and storytelling
Content is good worth the certification, but also somewhat dated pre-covid, some articles date back to 2018. Content needs to be updated every 2-3 years to be relevant to the hospitality or any other economically dependent market. Do better.

Given that this is an online course, where clear verbal communication is essential, I would suggest ensuring that instructors speak in a way that is easily comprehensible to a broad audience. This would help improve the learning experience for all students.
I wanted to start the course, although I struggled a lot with the instructor thick accent and I thought it was going to be very difficult to understand her throughout the course.
