The course presented by Pam Stillings is excellent in that it truly does provide what to expect in the "real world" of being interviewed for your next job. I have had the pleasure of actually applying what I've learned through the "The Art of the Job Interview" on two recent job interviews last week and knew I had done well. Now, I am awaiting hearing back from either/both of the hiring managers. Thank you, Ms. Stillings for a most excellent and FUN course through Coursera!

I encourage you to use this excellent course if you want to:
1. Practice your English speech for the interviews (you can access a simulator, which gives you an IA feedback report for improvement).
2. Just to improve your speech for future interviews.
This course has Spanish subtitles, but I'm unsure if the simulator processes the Spanish-speaking speech.
So far, this simulator has exceeded my expectations and is an outstanding tool for practice, practice, and practice.

I felt silly at first doing the recorded practice interviews. But as the course progressed, it led me to a better understanding as to why this preparation is so important and how useful it can be to review yourself and how you present your answers to a potential employer.
